Kirstie Allsopp has revealed that she used to fear being replaced on screens by someone 'younger and fitter'. The presenter, 53, is this year celebrating 25 years of her and Phil Spencer's show Location Location Location, which saw the pair help numerous people bag their dream properties. However, while the property expert has been a firm fixture on the Channel 4 show alongside Phil, 55, since its beginning in May 2000, Kirstie expressed her doubts about her longevity on the show.
